Caesar Nieves has joined Jacobs‘ Critical Mission Solutions leadership team as senior vice president of the company’s cyber business.
In this role, Nieves will provide senior leadership, strategic vision and focus for Jacobs’ cyber business, supporting the company’s efforts to expand its cyber footprint across this rapidly growing sector.

Nieves comes to the role with more than 20 years of senior-level experience as a business and technical leader supporting U.S. government clients and growing a cyber business. He has served in leadership roles at Engility, Unisys, Dell and Booz Allen Hamilton, where he was responsible for the growth and execution of business units focused on cyber, C4ISR and systems engineering, primarily for Pentagon and Department of Homeland Security clients.
Most recently, he served as vice president of corporate growth and strategy at CALIBRE Systems in Alexandria, Virginia.
