Advanced Concepts and Technologies International has added to its leadership team by hiring Jason Yaley as corporate chief of staff and senior director of corporate affairs.

Yaley will oversee the management and growth of the company’s corporate communications, government relations and executive operations functions. He will also serve as chief of staff, tasked with driving corporate integration, and report to ACT I CEO Michael Niggel.

“I’m thrilled to welcome Jason Yaley to our ACT I executive team,” Niggel said. “Jason is a high-impact leader who brings a compelling blend of expertise and experience from across our customer base. As a proven executive in the corporate affairs sector, Jason is well-positioned to lead strategic initiatives across the company and to ensure we achieve our aggressive growth path for years to come.”

Yaley spent over a decade at the Defense Department as a career civil servant, most recently as the special assistant to the Air Force chief of staff and as strategy and policy adviser to the vice chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. He also served on the staffs of U.S. Northern Command, the Air Combat Command and the Air Force Staff.

Yaley’s private sector experience includes serving as assistant vice president for communications and VP for membership and strategic development at the Aerospace Industries Association.

Yaley has a master’s degree in public administration and bachelor’s degrees in international relations and political science from Syracuse University.
