Defense and intelligence solutions provider EverWatch has named Greg Dixon president of its Computer Network Operations practice.

Dixon will focus on rapid development and prototyping of cyber capabilities in support of support network operations and analysis. The practice also works on cyberspace warfare, network defense, and interconnected information warfare and ISR operations.

An accomplished expert in the cybersecurity space, Dixon has led cutting-edge advancements in the sector.

A retired U.S. Navy lieutenant commander, Dixon has experience in submarine–launched ballistic missile and intelligence system development, integration and operations. In the private sector, he spent more than a decade growing and leading KeyW Corp.’s CNO and cyber operations practice.

Dixon has served on the executive committee of the Intelligence and National Security Alliance and is an active member of the Association of Old Crows and the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association.

“I’ve had the pleasure of working with Greg at Essex-Windermere and KeyW, and I am looking forward to partnering with him again as EverWatch works to solve some of the Community’s most difficult cyber problems,” said Fred Funk, chief growth officer of EverWatch. “Greg brings a track record of more than 15 years building and growing high functioning CNO businesses in support of our national security.”

With approximately 400 employees, EverWatch serves a range of customers including the Office of the Undersecretary of Defense for Intelligence, the intelligence community, the Air Force and the departments of State and Justice.
