Professional services firm CollabraLink Technologies, Inc. has hired Tim Kelly as vice president of operational excellence.

Kelly, who joined the company Nov. 1, is tasked with driving continuous improvements for internal capabilities while championing positive transformation initiatives to deliver a best-in-class service experience for CollabraLink clients.

Before coming to CollabraLink, Kelly was chief customer officer and vice president of professional services at Macedon Technologies, where he supported both commercial and federal clients. Before that, he was at CACI for over 20 years as a director, leading the U.S. Army Reserve/National Guard division and overseeing CACI’s BPM horizontal.

“We are excited to bring Tim on board at CollabraLink,” said Rahul Pandhi, CollabraLink CEO. “Tim’s background in Federal IT, combined with his years of experience creating transformational change and dynamic organization growth will allow CollabraLink to continue scaling to meet our growing client demands.”

Kelly shares his excitement in joining CollabraLink.

“It is with great pleasure that I join the CollabraLink Team,” he said. “ I’m pleased to be part of a proven organization known for successfully delivering critical solutions for our government and our citizens.  I look forward to working with all elements of the CollabraLink Team to help guide operational transformation and growth.”

Kelly has a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Binghamton University, where he serves as an adjunct lecturer for the Thomas J. Watson School of Engineering.
