In 2018-2019, Ferebee led the efforts to shape Alion’s culture to build brand strength around a set of core values aligned with behaviors and competencies to shape the organization for growth and technical excellence. Through an Engagement Impact Planning Initiative, employees were given the opportunity to help shape the systems and processes for better outcomes and ultimately success for all.

This effort resulted in organization-wide implementation of several new technologies, service platforms and processes in performance management, professional and social media collaboration, and career progression and development.

Over the next 12 months, Ferebee and Alion will introduce Alion APEX, an incubator program partnership with well-known universities to foster and build the next-generation workforce in cyber, artificial intelligence and key technologies that support the defense and intelligence communities.
