Trowbridge LLC has announced the addition of Tom Hohman to its leadership team as chief financial officer.

With 25 years of professional experience, Hohman will continue his leadership in managing finance and accounting operations. He most recently served as senior vice president and CFO at Cognosante, where he helped mature the firm’s infrastructure and integrated several strategic acquisitions that ultimately grew the business. He was CFO of medical software provider Compressus, Inc.

“I am thrilled to join the Trowbridge team as they enter this next phase of growth,” Hohman said. “I look forward to leveraging my experience driving organic and inorganic growth initiatives as we build upon Trowbridge’s historical success.”

Trowbridge, which is backed by Enlightenment Capital, is continuing to expand its services to the defense, intelligence and federal civilian sector.

And Cass Panciocco, CEO of Trowbridge, said the cloud, cyber and next-gen digital solutions provider is excited to have Hohman join the team.

“His experience scaling companies in the information technology and government services industry will be invaluable as we continue on our growth trajectory,” he said. “We have a number of important initiatives underway, which will undoubtedly benefit from his insight and leadership.”
