Perspecta CEO Mac Curtis is among the finalists for the 2019 Greater Washington Government Contractor Awards — commonly known as the industry’s Oscars.
Curtis, who’s a finalist in the $300 million revenue category for the Executive of the Year, leads a company of over 14,000 people and has over 25 years of leadership experience at organizations such as Vangent and Vencore, Inc.
He currently devotes his time to the boards of directors of Northern Virginia Technology Council and Military Bowl that supports the United Service Organizations and Patriot Point.
Curtis was named Executive Leader of the Year at the Outstanding Corporate Citizenship Awards at Northern Virginia Chamber of Commerce in 2016, for raising the largest fundraising total in D.C. Heart Walk history with $2.1 million.
In addition, Curtis made WashingtonExec’s Top 25 GovCon Executives to Watch in both 2018 and 2019. He also was honored this year by the Boy Scouts of America National Capital Area Council with the Technology Good Scout Award, recognizing him as an outstanding leader in the technology industry.
