Splunk’s annual education and thought leadership event for security and IT professionals will be hosted this year in Las Vegas, Oct. 21-24.

At this year’s .conf19, the FBI, Sandia National Laboratories and Pacific Northwest National Laboratory will present on how their IT investments strengthen their federal mission.

The FBI will discuss how its incident response/forensics team ingests data after a breach to bring order to chaos and answer the questions such as who the culprits were, what was stolen, and when, where, why and how it occurred?

Sandia National Labs will present how its automated response and threat emulation enables their network defenders to be more proactive and protect the nation’s nuclear stockpile in the face of ever-changing adversaries.

Pacific Northwest National Laboratory will show its method to monitor web application performance to enforce their mission of improving America’s energy resiliency and enhancing our national security.
