Former industry CEO Michael Santelli has joined cybersecurity, security engineering and counterintelligence solutions provider System High as chief financial officer and executive vice president of corporate development.

Santelli most recently served as CEO of OMNIPLEX World Services Corp. and sold the integrated security services company after reaching 70% top-line growth in four years. He has 25 years of experience leading private equity-backed companies, particularly for intelligence and security solutions providers to government agencies. System High is backed by Enlightenment Capital.

“We are thrilled to welcome Mike to the System High team as we continue building System High into the leading provider of innovative security solutions to the Defense, Intelligence, and commercial sectors,” said Rob Howe, president and CEO of System High.

Santelli also has experience scaling businesses, driving merger and acquisition processes and building customer relationships. He said he’s excited to join System High as it continues to grow.

“I look forward to leveraging my experience driving organic and inorganic growth as an executive at private equity-backed companies operating in the security space as we enter this next stage of evolution with our partnership with Enlightenment Capital,” Santelli said.
