Digital Transformation and mobility services company DMI has acquired Pragiti, a digital commerce and marketplace company and SAP Silver Partner, thus expanding its next-gen digital commerce capabilities.

This acquisition has added 200 new employees globally to DMI, increasing its international footprint and ability to provide clients with a global delivery model. Plus, adding the Pragiti brand also means expanding into Santa Clara, California, situating the company near many Silicon Valley technology partners.

“The Pragiti acquisition bolsters DMI’s ability to accelerate our clients’ business transformation through the digitization of their business model,” said DMI founder and CEO Jay Sunny Bajaj. He added it’ll also increase the company’s ability to drive customer engagement across business-to-business, business-to-consumer and business-to-business-to-consumer organizations.

“Pragiti’s track record of successful implementations and satisfied customers in SAP Commerce Cloud adds to our existing expertise across the other leading commerce platforms, including Oracle, Salesforce and Adobe/Magento,” Bajaj said. The company is proud to provide clients with a full-service digital agency, next-gen consulting, scaled agile application development and managed services.

And Pragiti’s CEO Praveen Pahwa is honored to join DMI in the digital transformation market.

“This acquisition allows us to be an even more strategic partner to our clients, giving us the expanded capabilities DMI brings to help clients successfully navigate today’s digital economy challenges,” Pahwa said.
