The Advanced Concepts and Technologies International LLC was recognized as one of the Virginia Chamber of Commerce’s 2019 50 fastest-growing companies in the commonwealth, receiving a Fantastic 50 award.

ACT I received the award May 2 at a banquet held at the Westfield Marriott in Chantilly, Virginia. The annual statewide Fantastic 50 award program is in its 24th year, and identifies Virginia’s fastest-growing businesses.

“It is an honor for ACT I to be recognized by the Virginia Chamber of Commerce as the twenty-fourth fastest growing company on the list of Fantastic 50,” ACT I CEO Michael Niggel said.  “The company’s growth is a testament to our employees hard work and our total corporate commitment to delivering value and results for our clients.”

Nominations for the awards were collected in the fall, and companies must be privately held, headquartered in Virginia and show revenues between $200,000 and $200 million to be eligible. They must also show positive revenue growth and net income from the previous fiscal year to the most recent, and companies are judged on a four-year revenue history.

“It is our honor to recognize the entrepreneurial spirit of the fifty fastest growing businesses within the Commonwealth,” said Barry DuVal, president and CEO of the Virginia Chamber of Commerce.
