Hitachi Vantara has added two senior leaders to its roster: Chief Marketing Officer Jonathan Martin and Chief Human Resources Officer Kristin Machacek Leary.
Martin, with more than 18 years of marketing experience, served as CMO for Pure Storage, Dell EMC and Hewlett-Packard Software, and held other senior marketing positions with Salesforce and Veritas.
At Hitachi Vantara, he’s responsible for the company’s marketing strategy, demand generation, digital and customer experience, brand communications, competitive and market intelligence, and global learning teams.
Leary has more than 25 years of business and human resources experience, serving most recently as vice president and CHRO at Forcepoint where she led the company’s human resources organization and workforce development programs.
Prior to Forcepoint, Leary was senior vice president of Global Human Resources & Global Community Relations at Alphatec Spine. She has held other executive human resource and talent development roles at Quintiles, HP and Boston Scientific.
Both Martin and Leary will report to Hitachi Vantara Chief Operating and Transformation Officer Scott Kelly.
