    Suntiva Awarded $100M FDA Integrated Services BPA

    Suntiva has won a $100 million prime Integrated Services Blanket Purchase Agreement to support the Food and Drug Administration’s offices and centers with service consistency and a range of workforce transformation solutions. 

    The BPA is a 5-year engagement that will improve agency capabilities, help develop internal talent and organizational development, and enhance collaboration across FDA. Suntiva has been working with FDA for nine years  

    “Winning the FDA Integrated Services BPA enables Suntiva to continue providing leadership and organizational performance services to FDA and other HHS Operating Divisions, supporting agency missions that are so important to the everyday fabric of our country,” said Hany Malik, Suntiva president and CEO. 

    Under the BPA, Suntiva will provide FDA with a range of training, project management and people resource management support, including agile coaching and organizational development, performance improvement services, workforce planning and change management.

    In addition, Suntiva will provide solutions for learning management system software support to better administer and track training and development programs, as well as strategic communications services.
