Former Harris Corp. and CSRA executive Adam Sheipe has been named a vice president at Wolf Den Associates, tasked with leading the corporate development and buy-side M&A practice.
“Over the years, Wolf Den has had the privilege of working with Adam on some of the blockbuster
transactions that have reshaped the federal services landscape, most notably CSC’s acquisition of SRA and General Dynamics’ acquisition of CSRA,” said co-founder Kevin Robbins. “It is rare to find someone of Adam’s caliber and level of professional accomplishment, who is also fun to work with and a strong cultural fit. Adam will elevate everyone’s game by leveraging his strategic insights, corporate development experience, and transaction execution acumen across Wolf Den’s customer portfolio.”
Sheipe called Wolf Den “a rare breed of advisory partner” whose confidence stems from “a remarkable track record of enabling outsized growth in our market, organic and inorganic.”
“More importantly, after working with some of the finest leaders in our market, I realize that who you work with is as important as what you do,” he added. Wolf Den is a team where I know I can make a big impact and have a lot of fun doing it.”
Before Wolf Den, Sheipe spent nearly two decades in finance and corporate development,
investing in, acquiring and divesting of aerospace, defense, government services and commercial
technology companies domestically and abroad. He was previously vice president and head of corporate development at CSRA and director of global mergers and acquisitions at CSC.
