IT and professional services provider ASGN Inc. has completed its acquisition of DHA Group, Inc. for $46 million, a deal that will make the latter become integrated into ASGN’s ECS segment.

DHA provides mobility, cybersecurity, cloud and IT services to the FBI and other federal customers, and generated nearly $50 million in revenue for 2018. ASGN CEO Peter Dameris said the acquisition will further bolster ECS’ relationship with strategic customers in homeland, law enforcement, defense and intelligence agencies.

“ECS is committed to the FBI’s success and is excited to continue providing superior solutions and broader expertise to DHA’s existing customers and teaming partner companies,” ECS President George Wilson said. “We are also eager to offer expanded career opportunities to DHA’s talented employees as part of ECS’ performance culture.”

KippsDeSanto Managing Director Bob Kipps, who tracks M&A activity, said:

“With this acquisition, ECS continues its strategy of making prudent, focused acquisitions of companies with attractive customers in its core, differentiated capability areas.”
