Patrice Johnson, executive assistant at ASRC Federal, has earned her place at the leadership table, company executives say.
“When we are discussing an important issue Patrice will confidently offer her view on the subject, providing a perspective that is thoughtful, cogent and her input is always valued by each member,” of the senior leadership team, an ASRC Federal executives wrote in her winning nomination for the Executive Assistant of the Year as part of the inaugural 2018 Pinnacle Awards.
Among Johnson’s accomplishments cited by executives at the company is her work successfully executing two corporatewide meetings, bringing in more than 200 ASRC Federal leaders from across the U.S. and her steady work arranging a dozen senior leadership team meetings.
“Her work is predicated on a keen understanding of our business, amazing organizational skills and the highest standard of professionalism,” according to her nomination. “Patrice flawlessly organizes two SLT offsite a year, arranges board member visits several times a year, and plays a significant role in preparation for our annual board meeting. Patrice contributes meaningfully to ALL of our customers — our employees, employees’ families, end customers, corporate executives, our board of directors and our shareholders.”
Company executives say she truly serves as the face of the company.
“Her commitment, work ethic, productivity, kindness, loyalty and love for all of her customers is demonstrated consistently every single day,” executives say in her nomination.
The 2018 Pinnacle Awards, which honor leaders and influencers in the GovCon space, were presented by WashingtonExec on Nov. 1.
Winners were named from list of 50 finalists across 13 categories. In the EA of the Year category, five EAs from public companies and five EAs from private companies were named winners.
