    Navin Vembar, CollabraLink

CollabraLink has tapped Navin Vembar as its chief technology officer to lead the build out of the company’s technology organization and strategy.

Vembar has over 20 years of experience in strategic technology vision and delivery tactics. Before joining CollabraLink, he served as CTO of the General Services Administration, to which he brought DevSecOps and agile delivery approaches. His focus there was on the user and improvements to GSA’s cloud environment.

Vembar spearheaded the SAM.gov IT rescue team in stabilizing the system that manages procurement information for all agencies. After that, he guided it to a DevOps strategy for delivery, including building out the first platform-as-a-service at GSA.

Vembar has a Ph.D. in mathematics from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from The George Washington University.

“I came to CollabraLink because I see a team that is passionate about bringing the best technology solutions to the government,” Vembar said. “I’m thrilled to be part of delivering on the government’s mission of healthcare, education, and many others.”
