Kevin Youel Page, the former No. 2 acquisition official at the General Services Administration who helped spearhead the adoption of category management across the government, has joined Deloitte Consulting LLP as a specialist executive.
“Kevin is a well-known leader who is not afraid to take on big, transformative challenges,” said Dan Helfrich, the Deloitte Consulting principal who leads the company’s government and public services areas. “Kevin’s experience and passion for public service is a tremendous addition to our team as we continue helping our government clients with their own journeys of transformation.”
Before joining Deloitte, Youel Page served as the deputy commissioner of GSA’s Federal Acquisition Service. At GSA, he also served as assistant commissioner for Integrated Award Environment and deputy assistant commissioner for the Integrated Technology Service.
He also held acquisition roles at the Treasury Department, leading the Treasury’s operational acquisition response to the financial crisis in 2008 and helping expand the Federal Strategic Sourcing Initiative.
“Following my years of service with GSA and the Department of Treasury, I wanted to work for an organization seen as a trusted adviser to government leaders continuously striving to modernize and improve services for the American people,” Youel Page said. “Deloitte is a natural next step for me, and I’m excited to help our clients make Americans proud of their fine work.”
Kavitha Prabhakar, the Deloitte Consulting principal who leads the company’s civil government sector, said: “Deloitte is committed to helping governments improve how they serve citizens every day. Kevin’s passion to help the public sector aligns perfectly with our mission of helping our federal clients transform how they operate on a daily basis.”
