The finalists for the 2018 Greater Washington Government Contractor Awards were announced Sept. 12 at a private reception by the Northern Virginia Chamber of Commerce and the Professional Services Council.

For 16 years, these awards have honored business and individual excellence in the government contracting industry. George J. Pedersen, executive chairman of ManTech, is this year’s Hall of Fame inductee. Earlier this week, the organization celebrated 50 years of business by ringing the Nasdaq closing bell.
