Salient CRGT, Inc. has announced Allen Deitz is joining the company as executive vice president of the company’s Growth Enablement team. Allen will lead the team whose mission is to drive solutions and innovations for the company and customers.

Allen brings over 20 years of experience in the federal technology and professional services industry, with significant experience providing executive leadership on strategic business capture and technology initiatives.

“Salient CRGT has the expertise, vehicles, and past performance to capitalize on a wide range of opportunities and connections that fit its strategic objectives,” Deitz said. “I’m excited to be joining the team to drive significant growth for the company and to develop innovative technology solutions for its customers.”

Formerly, Deitz served as the vice president for proposals at General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT), where he built upon CSRA’s successful enterprise proposal capability following its acquisition by GDIT. During Dietz’s career he developed proposal capabilities that were tailored to align with multibillion-dollar enterprise business models. He served as a strategic advisor on top capture opportunities, leading the incorporation and integration of win strategies across all proposal elements, to include technical, management, past performance, personnel, and business volumes. Deitz’s previous roles also include technical leadership for defense and federal civilian organizations and leadership of diverse employee development programs.

“For the past six months I’ve asked everyone in town for the name of a person who can significantly improve my probability of winning and every time, Allen’s name came up first,” said Tom Ferrando, CEO of Salient CRGT. “I’m looking forward to Allen joining our team. He’s the perfect fit for our culture. He and I connected right away with a shared passion for winning. This will allow us to maintain our momentum of strategic growth. Allen’s proven track record of success in leading complex, multimillion-dollar federal IT and professional services organizations places us in an even stronger position to support our customers and grow the business.”
