Salient CRGT, Inc. announced today John Anderson will be joining the company as sector president of the company’s defense & intel agencies division. Anderson will be responsible for program execution along with leading and driving growth.

Anderson brings over 30 years of military and corporate experience to Salient CRGT. Throughout his career, he has focused on building and strengthening relationships to win business across the Defense Department. He has managed multimillion-dollar portfolios, while continually improving overall quality of work products and streamlining the process within operations and business development, the company said.

“I love the culture of Salient CRGT because it fosters growth and professionalism,” Anderson said. “Salient CRGT clearly has the tools necessary to compete and win in this environment, deliver what the customer needs to meet critical mission objectives, and leverage the latest technologies in agile, data analytics, mobility, cloud and cybersecurity.”

Formerly, Anderson served as the vice president for defense agencies and Air Force organization at General Dynamics Information Technology, where he was responsible for managing $750 million in annual revenue, providing support to DOD customers, initiating growth efforts and improving customer satisfaction.

“John, quite simply, is a winner which is why he will fit very well into the Salient CRGT family. His passion for success is equally matched by his compassion for people.” said Tom Ferrando, CEO of Salient CRGT, Inc. “I’ve asked John to help us think bigger and be confident as we provide larger and more complex solutions to our customer base.”
