    If you could go back and give your younger self career and/or life advice, what would you say?

    I was just having this discussion a couple of days ago with my grandson, Jack, who is 12, and we got into this very subject. I gave the same advice to him that I would give to my younger self: Find what you like to do, have fun doing it, do it with a passion, and do it with a high degree of ethics and honesty.
