Changeis has been named one of the Best Places to Work in the greater Washington area by Washington Business Journal.

Every year, Washington Business Journal ranks companies in four size categories — small, medium, large and extra large — using quantitative results from employee engagement surveys. Changeis was recognized in the small business category.

The company said that is pleased to be one of 100 Greater Washington companies that scored highest among the
hundreds of employers that participated in the survey.

“This is a special honor, especially because it is based on an independent and anonymous survey of our employees,” Changeis president Urvashi Malhotra said. “We are humbled that our efforts to foster a rewarding and fulfilling environment where our employees can build their careers are recognized.”

The survey ranked companies on several factors, including workplace culture and morale, workplace engagement, strength and accessibility of the management team, employee benefits and opportunities for advancement. Changeis said that it strategically focuses on employee satisfaction, and it is committed to fostering a workplace where employees feel they are appreciated, their work is valued and there is opportunity for growth.

This is the twelfth year that Washington Business Journal has conducted the survey.  The full list of companies is available from Washington Business Journal’s website.

Changeis, Inc. is an 8(a) certified, woman-owned small business that provides management consulting and engineering services to the public sector.
