Information Management Resources, Inc. has named Kamran Khan the new senior vice president of federal programs, a role in which he’ll lead strategic growth initiatives and further expand the company’s presence within the federal sector.

“I am very excited that Kamran has joined IMRI and we are looking forward to Kamran’s thought leadership for business development strategies as we continue to grow IMRI’s federal business,” said Martha Daniel, president and CEO at IMRI. “For 26 years, IMRI has had the privilege of providing enterprise-level services to our federal customers and supporting the war-fighter. We have had tremendous growth within our cybersecurity division over the last nine years and with Kamran’s expertise and leadership, we look forward to further expanding within the defense and civilian agencies.”

Most recently, Khan provided business development consulting and advisory services including the creation of growth strategies, customer relationship management, market penetration, partner development and management, pipeline development, and capture management to various companies.

He also spent many years at CACI International, Inc. as executive director of business development, creating and initiating long-term growth strategies for pursuing business opportunities within Defense Department components.

“I am truly excited to join IMRI and support their mission to protect and defend our nation’s mission-critical assets and infrastructure,” Khan said. “IMRI has a stellar history of providing cutting-edge IT solutions and services to federal, state, local and commercial organizations. We plan to leverage current solutions and new technology to create innovative approaches to protecting data and infrastructure vital to national security.”
