InCadence Strategic Solutions has been named to Washington Business Journal’s 2018 list of “Best Places to Work” in the Greater Washington area.

Washington Business Journal’s list honors companies that prioritize employee culture and satisfaction, choosing finalists through anonymous employee surveys. InCadence was chosen based on employees’ reviews of the company’s benefits and compensation packages, career growth opportunities, commitment to work/life balance, community and charitable organizations and thriving company culture, InCadence said.

InCadence’s Chief Human Resources Officer said that the company was honored to be included on Washington Business Journal’s list.

“This award reflects our consistent dedication and investment in our employees and a commitment to excellence in everything we do,” Shirley said. “We work each day to foster a corporate environment where talented, hard-working employees can do amazing things both individually and as part of world class teams of professionals.”

InCadence provides its employees with outstanding pay, matching 401K contributions, world-class medical coverage, flexible scheduling, an education assistance program, paid professional membership dues, health club membership reimbursement, annual summer picnic for employees and their families, annual winter awards banquet, employee appreciation week, Bring Your Kids to Work Day, various community service events and much more, Shirley said.

InCadence has been also been listed among Washingtonian Magazine’s “Great Places to Work” in 2017, 2015, and 2013, the company said.

InCadence and its fellow honorees will be recognized at Washington Business Journal’s Best Places to Work awards event on May 17 at MGM National Harbor, from 6-9 p.m.  The companies will also be featured in the May 18 issue of Washington Business Journal.
