ManTech’s growing success demonstrates the close alignment between its mission-focused core capabilities and customer need. Its hallmark traits are speed, agility, precision and efficiency, and so “we can scale quickly to handle any complex customer challenge, then map the ideal solution to their mission on time and within budget,” President and CEO Kevin Phillips says.

It’s an approach that earned ManTech recognition as a leader in best-in-class cyber, data collection and analytics, secure enterprise IT, and systems engineering and application development solutions. And all this success, Phillips credits to his mentor and source of inspiration.

“I am proud to have served and learned from one of the government services industry’s founders, George Pedersen, and I am committed to continuing his legacy to provide value added differentiators for our customers and return strong results for investors,” he says.

    Why Watch:

This year, ManTech celebrates its 50th anniversary. Phillips says all company achievements happen because of the contributions of the thousands of ManTech employees in developing its reputation as a company focused on national and homeland security and its customers’ missions. “Looking ahead, our mandate will not change,” he says. “We will build on our proud history of ‘securing the future.’”
