Trusted Mission Solutions, a subsidiary of Alpha Omega Integration, has been awarded a contract to provide IT and data management services support to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.

TMS will provide computer and data management services for the National Marine Fisheries Service, Southeast Fisheries Science Center, including computer programming, system administration, network administration, system engineering, and IT/computer support and help desk services.

The company will provide services at SEFSC laboratories or field stations, or at one of the National Ocean Service facilities engaged in cooperative work with the SEFSC.

“This year, we targeted NOAA as a strategic agency due to NOAA’s urgent need for IT support for data management and analysis, which is one of our core competencies,” said Alpha Omega Integration President and Chief Operating Officer Gautam Ijoor. “We are thrilled to the start of a successful relationship with [NOAA].”

The primary National Marine Fisheries Service and National Ocean Services facilities include Galveston, Texas; Pascagoula, Mississippi; Stennis Space Center (Bay St. Louis), Mississippi; and Panama City. The contract also covers field work at remote sites throughout the southeast region, as required.

Alpha Omega acquired Trusted Mission Solutions in 2016, merging Alpha Omega’s digital services, big data, emerging technologies and cloud solutions services with Trusted Mission Solutions’ software engineering, mobile development, IT service management and strategic consulting expertise.
