Alpha Omega Integration LLC has acquired Trusted Mission Solutions Inc., an information technology and consulting services provider. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

With the acquisition, Alpha Omega expands from the commercial sector into the federal contracting arena and positions the 8(a) economically disadvantaged woman-owned small business to achieve the next level of delivery capability–including externally-audited, certified quality best practices, and additional experienced leaders.

The combined companies’ expanded offerings include: Alpha Omega’s digital services, big data, emerging technologies and cloud solutions; and Trusted Mission Solutions’ software engineering, mobile development, IT service management, and strategic consulting solutions.

“Alpha Omega and TMS’ complementary capabilities will create greater scale and enhance our ability to deliver innovative products and technology solutions that help federal agencies, in turn, provide better, cost-effective services to taxpayers.” said Sujani Rangareddy, CEO of Alpha Omega.

“The new leadership team shares my philosophies and plans to continue TMS’ tradition of conducting business ethically and honoring our commitments to clients, employees, and partners.” said Grace Jhong, founder of TMS.

“We defined clear objectives for Alpha Omega at inception.  The acquisition accelerates our ability to achieve these objectives for the benefit of our clients.” said Gautam Ijoor, Alpha Omega’s president and chief operating officer.
