Trusted Mission Solutions Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Alpha Omega Integration LLC, has won a Housing and Urban Development Department contract to consolidate the IT systems used to assess public housing.

TMS was awarded the Public Housing Assessment System IT Consolidation contract, and will provide operations and maintenance for said IT systems, according to Alpha Omega.

HUD administers 40,000 assisted properties that constitute approximately 2 million housing units throughout the nation, and oversees over 4,000 public housing agencies and 30,000 multifamily owner/agents. HUD scores the physical, financial, management and capital funding conditions of public housing agencies, using the Public Housing Assessment System.

Gautam Ijoor, president and chief operating officer of Alpha Omega Integration, said the award represents an opportunity to serve a special user base.

“I have worked with this customer throughout my federal contracting career,” he said. “I am grateful for the opportunity to now advance the agency towards state-of-the-art technology implementations to support their business. We look forward to a long-term relationship with HUD, Public and Indian Housing and Real Estate Assessment Center.”

Alpha Omega Integration recently announced a new senior vice president to head its business development efforts, naming Chip Seeger to the role. Seeger, who brings more than 20 years’ experience in business development, is a former Army executive officer and has held business development positions with Accenture, IBM, OnPoint, VMD Systems and Financial Markets International.
