MacAulay-Brown, Inc. has been awarded a task order with the Defense Department Information Analysis Center’s Cyber Security Technical Area Task. The 5-year, $37 million contract supports the Air Force Research Lab Enterprise Business System.

The company will assist AFRL in revamping, integrating and streamlining business applications and software across the enterprise at various locations. The aim is to better manage critical business information for AFRL’s Science and Technology mission.

MacB’s Advanced Technology Group is charged with strategic planning, high-performance computer science, IT-enabled modeling, simulation, cybersecurity research, and gap analysis. Team experts will also conduct system engineering, develop AFRL training materials to streamline tasks, and provide technical analysis of IT business applications, including other tasks.

“This contract expands our long-term relationship with AFRL, while capitalizing on MacB’s strengths of providing enterprise-level support for cutting-edge IT modernization initiatives, as well as supporting DoD’s and USAF’s Science and Technology (S&T) mission,” said Tim Lawrence, senior vice president and general manager of MacB’s ATG.
