Tickets are available for a half-day conference geared toward helping entrepreneurs learn more about how to successfully sell their small businesses.

“Maximizing Your Gov’t Contracting Exit: A Conference for Small Biz Owners” is organized by George Mason University and Live Oak Bank. It runs from 7:15 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Nov. 14 at Hilton McLean Tysons Corner.

Event promotions promise to help attendees learn about preparing for a “successful exit” from the government contracting business, from identifying partners to looking for buyers and executing a deal.

Dr. John Hillen, chairman of Mason GovCon Initiative and professor of practice and executive-in-resident at George Mason University’s School of Business, is among the nine industry experts who will share their insights at the event.

Registration is open through Nov. 8, or until 175 tickets are sold.
