A-TEK, Inc. has been appraised at CMMI Maturity Level 3 for both development and services.

A-TEK President and CEO Kathryn Freeland said the appraisal will drive consistencies in A-TEK’s processes and improved service delivery for customers as it demonstrates the company’s “commitment to quality and continuous organizational process improvement.”

“Achieving CMMI was a key strategic corporate initiative for 2017,” Freeland said. “This is a huge accomplishment for A-TEK, and I am thrilled that we accomplished it within the timeframe we set for ourselves.”

The woman-owned small business leverages science and technology to provide services and solutions in data analytics, application development and facilities optimization services. It is headquartered in McLean, Virginia.
