Engineering Solutions & Products LLC has been certified as a Virginia Values Veterans company through the governor and Commonwealth of Virginia Department of Veterans Services.

Virginia Values Veterans, also known as V3, aims to train and certify employers to implement best practices in recruiting, hiring and retaining veterans. The designation is one piece of an effort to seek a larger business foothold in the Virginia area since ESP moved its headquarters from Eatontown, New Jersey, to Chantilly, Virginia, in 2015.

Veterans have consistently made up more than half of the company’s personnel.

“We are honored to receive this certification, which demonstrates our ongoing commitment to hiring and promoting veterans, and expanding that commitment within our new home state,” said President and CEO Doug Fouser. “Since ESP’s inception in 2001, veterans have been instrumental to our company’s exemplary support to the United States Army, Marine Corps and other armed forces with the ultimate mission to support the warfighter.”
