Attorney David Carns will lead global sales and marketing efforts in his new role as Casepoint’s chief strategy officer.

The company provides litigation support services to law firms, multinational organizations and public sector clients. Casepoint provides full eDiscovery capabilities through a cloud-based platform.

“David has been with Casepoint for over seven years, and he has led clients and colleagues alike through the ever changing waters of modern day eDiscovery,” said CEO Haresh Bhungalia. “eDiscovery requires constant foresight and innovation to service clients, and David is no stranger to leading the charge.”

Prior to becoming chief strategy officer, Carns was executive vice president at the company. He has also been an adjunct professor of legal technology at Georgetown University.

He holds a bachelor of philosophy from DePauw University and a law degree from The John Marshall Law School.
