    Engineering Solutions & Products LLC (ESP) awarded a position on the $37.4B U.S. Army RS3 Contract and hosts Industry Days

    Engineering Solutions & Products LLC (ESP) was awarded a prime position on the ten year RS3 (Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services) Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Performance Based Services Contract that provides customized best value solutions to a diverse group of organizations which spans the spectrum of Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) mission requirements throughout the world.

    The scope of the contract will cover knowledge-based professional engineering support services for programs with C4ISR-related requirements to include:

    • Engineering
    • Research, Development, Test and Evaluation
    • Logistics
    • Acquisition and Strategic Planning
    • Education and Training

    “ESP is honored to receive the RS3 contract and continue our support in the C4ISR domain to the U.S. military since our inception in 2000.  We are especially proud to be one of only 16 large businesses to receive a Phase One award given the hundreds of competitors,” said Douglas Fouser, ESP president and CEO.

    “We are extremely excited to take this next step in providing C4ISR solutions as a prime contractor,” said Carolyn Palitto, ESP RS3 program director. “To provide the most comprehensive offering to our customers, we look to add best of breed companies to our team. We are hosting ESP RS3 Industry Day Sessions that will be held in the Aberdeen MD and Northern VA area for any interested industry partners.”

    The Aberdeen Session will be held at 1400 EST, July 25th at 6245 Guardian Gateway, Suite 112, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005.In addition, we will host a second session at 1400 EST July 26th at 14566 Lee Road, Chantilly, VA.
