ARRAY Information Technology has named Brad Barker a client executive responsible for supporting the proposal, delivery and business development organizations in the federal civilian marketplace.

Barker, who co-founded a consulting firm focusing on business development, capture and proposal support to federal clients, has helped his teams win over $250 million in business across the federal government over a 13-year career, according to ARRAY.

“I am looking forward to working with an exceptional organization like ARRAY,” Barker said. “Their commitment to quality shows in how the entire organization approaches client delivery.”

Barker will aim to build on ARRAY’s successes in delivering complex application development and maintenance services to various agencies’ logistics, supply chain, maintenance and financial operations, according to the company.

Sumeet Shrivastava, CEO and president of ARRAY, said he was happy to welcome Barker into the company.

“I’ve known Brad for over 10 years, and respect the impact he’s made along every phase of his career,” Shrivastava said. “His strong technical leadership and customer focus represent the right mix of talent to ensure ARRAY’s expansion into the federal civilian marketplace will be well met.”
