TJHSST Student Aaditya Singh will be joining WashingtonExec’s K-12 STEM Symposium on March 25 to promote STEM education and malaria awareness in the community.
Singh is a rising MIT Freshman, with strong interests in mathematics, computer science, and chemistry. Currently a sophomore at Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology (TJHSST), he pursues his interests through advanced coursework, extracurricular STEM activities, and summer internships. Aaditya also attended Nysmith School for the Gifted where the STEM Symposium is being held.
Singh has fostered his interest in STEM through many TJ courses on differential equations, artificial intelligence, quantum mechanics, and organic chemistry. Outside of his classes, he is part of the TJ Varsity Math Team, Science Olympiad Team, and Science Bowl Team. He cherishes his accomplishments on the AMC-10/12 exams, the USA Math Olympiad (USAMO), US National Chemistry Olympiad, Duke Math Meet, American Regions Mathematics League (ARML), and the Math Kangaroo, having represented the USA at their 2016 international math camp.
