Vencore Inc. announced Nov. 15 it has won a 5-year contract to provide continued support to the General Services Administration’s Public Buildings Information Technology Service in support of its mission to provide a superior workplace and consistently exceptional value for its federal customer agencies. The contract, a re-compete, has a $27 million ceiling if all options are exercised.

Under the contract, Vencore will continue to maintain and surpass the standards GSA has established for four applications that make up the Occupancy and Revenue Management Applications system at PB-ITS: the Occupancy Agreement Tool, OA Billing, Rent Estimate and Appraisal Data Systems, including the extranet version of the OA Tool called Electronic Occupancy Agreement.
The scope of the services provided by Vencore under this new contract includes technical expertise in J2EE, .NET and database work, program/project management, applications operational and maintenance support, compliance with GSA Enterprise Quality Program standards and applications development and enhancements. The work will begin with overall O&M and awarded enhancements.
