Beech Maner Consulting LLC, led by Andy Maner, has announced the acquisition of controlling interest in Sentinel Holdings, a group of companies including Sentinel Strategy and Policy Consulting LLC and Sentinel Business Advisory Services. Maner will serve as chairman and CEO.
Maner will focus on existing organic and external/acquisition growth strategies for Sentinel’s two current portfolio companies: Sentinel Strategy and Policy Consulting and Sentinel Business Advisory Services. A former portfolio company – Sentinel Applied Analytics, LLC – was sold to Novetta Solutions, LLC in 2014.
Current Sentinel Holdings partner, Josh Kussman, will become president of Sentinel Holdings and will continue manage the day-to-day operations of Sentinel Strategy and Policy Consulting and Sentinel Business Advisory Services. Sentinel Chief Operating Officer Dixie Welch will continue in that role. Sentinel founder, Brian Goebel, and former U.S. Customs and Border Protection Commissioner Robert Bonner will remain as advisers and on the board of directors.
“I am pleased to take on this leadership role within Sentinel,” Maner said. “The proud history of exceptional people, mission focused delivery and market leadership is unparalleled in today’s environment and I believe that our existing strong and experienced platform will serve as a powerful driver for growth.”
Maner continued, “Critically, our efforts will remain rooted in exceptional delivery to our clients, nimble and innovative consulting, and high level partnerships as both a prime contractor and a dedicated subcontractor on the most important mission critical programs in government.”
Josh Kussman, Sentinel president, said:
“We believe that existing and future federal success demands very specific skill sets/clearances, an agile approach to the market and specific domain eminence. We are excited to have Andy Maner join us, as Sentinel continues its successful and unique work for our customers and partners.”
