Suntiva announced June 29 that the company has been awarded Human Capital and Training Solutions (HCaTS), a 10-year contract vehicle with a $2.3 billion ceiling providing organizational performance and human capital solutions across the federal government.
“As an industry leader of organizational performance and human capital solutions, we are incredibly excited for the opportunity to provide our current and new clients access to Suntiva’s human capital and training services under HCaTS,” company President and CEO Dr. Hany Malik said. “This contract vehicle enables us to significantly increase our ability to deliver innovative and effective solutions to federal clients who want to make a profound and sustainable difference in achieving their mission.”
“Federal agencies are faced with demands to do more with less, address business process improvements, and operate with external pressures and changing priorities, while meeting day-to-day commitments to their agencies and the public,” company COO Gail Rissler said. “HCaTS supports our continued growth in this market and enables us to provide customized, cost-effective solutions focused on helping our clients recruit, train, and retain a world class workforce.”
Jointly administered by the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) and General Services Administration (GSA), HCaTS is a government-wide, multiple-award, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (GWAC/IDIQ) contract vehicle. It gives Suntiva the opportunity to provide federal agencies with targeted solutions for human capital management, training and development, and organizational performance improvement.
