InCadence Strategic Solutions announced July 14 that the company has been awarded the SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e) multiple award contract issued by the Naval Surface Warfare Center. Work will take place at the Naval Sea Systems Command, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, in Dahlgren, Va.
“We are eager and committed to continue delivering our technical solutions and professional services to our customers,” company CEO Sandra Corbett said. “This vehicle will provide our customers with flexible contracting options to reach InCadence for our world-class services and products.”
The scope of the work spans across seven geographical zones and encompasses 22 functional areas including engineering, financial management and program management. About $5.3 billion in services will be procured per year via orders issued under the program. Each multiple award contract is for a base of five years with two five-year option periods.
SeaPort-e is an electronic platform that provides the Navy with an efficient and standardized mechanism for issuing competitive solicitations among a diverse population of large and small business, as well as a platform for awarding and managing performance based task orders.
SeaPort-e supports all commands within the Naval Sea Systems Command, Naval Air Systems Command, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command, Naval Supply Systems Command, Military Sealift Command, Naval Facilities Command, Strategic Systems Programs, Office of Naval Research and the U.S Marine Corps.
