Soloway’s Celero Strategies Rolling Into Full Gear

Celero Strategies LLC, a lifecycle growth consultancy established in February 2016 by former Professional Services Council (PSC) President and CEO Stan Soloway, is rolling into full gear. The company’s website launched last week with the services the company provides and a look at the team he has assembled.

Soloway said the firm’s initial clients reflect a diverse mix of existing federal players and companies seeking to enter the market. “They also vary dramatically by size,” he said, “which I think confirms that the challenges of today’s market are cross-cutting and not limited to any one sector or size.”

Among the firm’s senior advisers are former CGI President Donna Morea, former TASC CEO David Langstaff and former head of Deloitte Federal Ira Goldstein. According to Soloway, each will work with him on selected client engagements, including both strategy and m&a consulting. Other members of the Celero team include longtime market analyst Kevin Frankovich and Rick Morris, the veteran CEO of the boutique public relations and communications firm Smith & Harroff.

“I have intentionally taken a ‘hub and spoke’ approach” said Soloway. “Rather than trying to create a permanent infrastructure, my goal is to bring the best possible talent to bear on each individual client engagement. So ‘our team’ is a still growing network of terrific people who share my vision not only of the company, but also of the changes that are buffeting today’s market.”

Soloway left PSC at the end of 2015, following 15 years of service to the association.
