SC3 has announced the appointment of Kim Janson as Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Sales. Reporting to CEO David Page, she will oversee all human resources, business development, proposal and recruiting functions for the firm, including the development and oversight of SC3’s talent management initiatives.

Kim’s experience and background in organizational change, coaching and development and her strong business acumen bring added depth to our strong leadership team. Janson brings more than 20 years of experience to the position. She has previously served as Chief Talent Management Officer at the H. J Heinz Company, Senior Vice President of Leadership Development for Bank of America and Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness, Leadership, Learning and Diversity for Hasbro. Janson also serves as an executive coach and instructor at the Harvard Business School and is the author of “Demystifying Talent Management.”
Janson earned a Bachelor of Arts in English and history from the University of Rhode Island, Master of Arts in teaching from Rhode Island College and Master of Science in Organizational Development from Lesley University.
