SC3 has announced the appointment of Kim Janson as Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Sales. Reporting to CEO David Page, she will oversee all human resources, business development, proposal and recruiting functions for the firm, including the development and oversight of SC3’s talent management initiatives.

“At SC3, our strength lies in taking care of our two greatest assets: our employees and our customers,” Page said. “This requires highly capable, experienced team members who understand the challenges our customers face on a regular basis and the value our incredible employees bring to their missions. Kim’s experience and background in organizational change, coaching and development and her strong business acumen bring added depth to our strong leadership team. We welcome her contributions and know our clients and employees will benefit from her expertise.”

Janson also serves as an executive coach and instructor at the Harvard Business School and is the author of “Demystifying Talent Management.”

Janson earned a Bachelor of Arts in English and history from the University of Rhode Island, Master of Arts in teaching from Rhode Island College and Master of Science in Organizational Development from Lesley University.
