On June 9th, Mike Battle, President and CEO of Battle Resource Management, Inc. (BRMi), was awarded the 2016 EY Government Services Entrepreneur of the Year for Maryland at a black tie awards ceremony in the Marriott Waterfront Hotel in Baltimore.

Since BRMi’s founding in 2004, Battle has built the company into a successful IT services and management consulting firm.

BRMi was selected for its “Pivotal” employee-driven innovation framework model that combines business process innovation with new technology to enable federal and commercial organizations to move in an agile, confident fashion from digital transformation concept to concrete delivery. WashingtonExec interviewed Battle earlier this year about the company’s acquisition of Clearsoft, an IT services company that provides agile enterprise software development and systems integration to both federal and commercial organizations. In the interview Battle also discussed its positioning as a mid-tier market leader.
