Sevatec Inc. announced May 17 the promotion of Joshua Rubin to Senior Vice President and Chief Growth Officer. He joined Sevatec in 2005 and most recently served as Senior Vice President of Business Development. In his new role, Rubin will be responsible for overseeing the company’s growth strategy for unrestricted contracts with federal government customers.

“Josh’s 12 years of experience in this market, combined with his deep understanding of operations and Sevatec’s core capabilities in agile development, data sciences, cyber engineering and human capital solutions make him the perfect leader for our continued growth,” Sevatec President and CEO Balan Ayyar said. “Josh has a history of collaboration and excellence that embodies the core values of Sevatec, and it is a joy for me to announce his promotion. I have the utmost faith in his leadership and his ability to ensure excellence throughout our business development and capture process.”

“Sevatec is a special place,” Rubin said. “Our commitment to delivering results for our nation’s most complex challenges is unwavering. It is gratifying to work with such a talented and innovative group of professionals that share the common goal of protecting and improving our country. Sevatec is poised for tremendous growth as the industry’s preeminent mid-tier IT services provider. I am excited about this expanded role and look forward to playing an integral part in the company’s continuing success.”
