Southern California-based Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. has acquired the Van Dyke Technology Group Inc., according to a release by Clearsight Advisors Inc. Clearsight served as the exclusive strategic and financial advisor to Van Dyke. The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

“We were looking for an advisor and partner with a rare combination of technical depth and market breadth to help us articulate our unique value in a way that resonated with a rapidly evolving market,” Van Dyke CEO Jed Van Dyke said. “The Clearsight team brought a level of knowledge, experience and passion that set them apart from the other firms. In selecting Clearsight, we got a partner who not only understood and managed the fundamentals, but who challenged our own thinking with creative options. Clearsight is definitely a partner you want working on your behalf!”

“Clearsight was honored to work with the Van Dyke team,”  Clearsight Advisors Co-Founder and Managing Director Gretchen Frary Seay said. “The Company is one of the most important and highly-trusted cybersecurity partners to the U.S. intelligence community and boasts some of the brightest minds in the cybersecurity sector. The highest priority was given to finding a special buyer with the right fit for the Van Dyke employees and customers, and we are proud to have been a part of this transformational transaction.”
