Southern California-based Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. has acquired the Van Dyke Technology Group Inc., according to a release by Clearsight Advisors Inc. Clearsight served as the exclusive strategic and financial advisor to Van Dyke. The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
