    SNAP Inc. Achieves ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011 Certification for IT Service Management

    SNAP Inc. announced April 25 that the company has been appraised at ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certification for Information Security and ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011 certification for IT Service Management.

    “SNAP has taken another step in its journey of continuous improvement of its products and services, and we are proud to be able to add to our accreditations these two certifications,” SNAP Inc. President Navneet Gupta said. “This is a major step forward in SNAP demonstrating its commitment to quality as we continue to expand our footprint in the federal professional services market.”
