Fulcrum CEO Jeff Handy announced that Laura Smith has been named Program Manager for upcoming GSA OASIS and Department of Defense opportunities. Smith is currently supporting USSOCOM, DoD and Intelligence Community programs providing analytical support, training and S&T related programs developing the latest in IED detection capabilities.
“Laura’s experience within JIDA, the Intelligence Community (IC), the Navy, Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC) and multiple Combatant Commands, combined with a proven track record of managing large complex programs, makes her the right leader to manage large and complex contracts,” Fulcrum Senior VP Stan Highsmith said. “Laura brings extensive experience in managing large programs, overseeing large complex budgets, leading and developing training, and serving as an Intelligence Officer with decades of analysis experience.”
Smith brings more than 25 years of experience to her new position with tours of duty in JIEFFO (JIDA), JSOC, the Navy and Marine Corp Training Center, Joint Intelligence Centers and Special Operations Task Forces.
