It was announced on February 10th by cyber security services provider, Tetrad Digital Integrity LLC (TDI) that it has named Les Buday as the new President and COO.
In an effort to be better equipped for its continued growth and success Paul Innella, President and Chief Operating Officer will be handing over his day-to-day responsibilities to Buday. Innella will be focusing his efforts on expansion and growth through avenues such as building out a new product/solution line to merger and acquisition activities. Buday will be taking over the daily operations of the company which will include broadening their customer base through a combination of new business and organic growth, service delivery, and improving operational and employee support processes.
In addressing TDI’s employees around the globe Innella had the following to say, “As CEO, it is my charge to constantly find the right way in which we can grow. At times this means taking significant action to move the company forward; I am confident this is just such an action. While I am not going anywhere, my role – as with Les’ – is changing to meet TDI’s needs. I am excited about this move and hope you too will share my enthusiasm.”
Buday brings over 15 years of experience in the Federal and DoD contracting arenas to his new position. Prior to his new appointment he served as the Vice President of Service Delivery at TDI. He also previously served as the Vice President of Operations at Primescape Solutions, an IT consulting and business solutions provider to the Federal Government.
Buday stated, “My primary goal as President and COO is to ensure we stay on the right path and implement an effective business plan and tactical strategy to sustain TDI’s future growth.”
