Professional services and engineering firm, KeyLogic Systems, Inc. has announced the appointment of Frank Vitale as the Chief Human Resources Officer, a newly created position. Vitale will be responsible for recruiting, creating and carrying out corporate training that will enhance employee performance, and other human resource functions.

Vitale brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in the areas of human relations and operations in the financial and healthcare industries to his new position. Most recently Vitale served as the Senior Vice President of Clear Mountain Bank’s Private Banking Group.
